I am a PhD student currently working with Professor Johannes Lederer on graphical models in machine learning for high-dimensional data. In particular, we are developing models and methods to study connectivity/dependency patterns. The application is on sleep deprived subjects with multiple fMRI data. To achieve this, I am using graphical modeling theory and methodology, plus coding skills in R, MATLAB, and bash script files.
