Entering cohort: 2010.

Research interests: non/semi-parametric estimation and inference, statistical methods related to stochastic model development (e.g. calibration, validation, survival analysis), and evaluation of risk prediction models.

Dissertation work: Application of TMLE to the detection of gene-environment interactions, in the context of 2-stage sampling. This project came out of an RA with James Dai (Fall 2013-Summer 2014) at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.

Current RA (Summer 2014-present): Margaret Pepe at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Evaluation of biomarkers for risk prediction, properties of cross-validation in the context of evaluating risk prediction models, inference for sNB.

Additional interest: statistics from the perspective of differential geometry.
