I am a Project Manager for the Data Coordinating Center of the NHLBI-funded Trans-Omics in Precision Medicine (TOPMed) project. Previously I worked on sample and genotype data quality control, data management, and genome-wide imputation for dozens of genome-wide associatoin studies. My graduate studies in Public Health Genetics have given me uniquely interdisciplinary training in the ethical, legal, and social implicatoins (ELSI) of genetics.
